Billing details

Trial and tax

Start a 30-day trial without a card. An account admin chooses a paid plan in Account settings. Stripe Checkout collects tax details and keeps the rest of your trial.

Changing or cancelling

Use Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal to change plan or cancel. Billing shows when a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.

If a trial ends

People can no longer submit your forms or upload files, and you can’t create projects or add admins. Your existing data stays available to your team.

Billing and access

How usage is counted

Entries and automation steps count within the billing period. Stored entries and rows count what hasn’t been deleted; team fields don’t count. Only admins count towards the admin allowance; members are unlimited.

Above your plan

Usage above your plan shows in billing for visibility. It isn’t blocked or invoiced automatically. Talk to us about sustained usage.

Choosing a plan

Estimate entries a month, automation steps, stored entries and the number of admins. One entry can run several automation steps, so estimate those separately.
